Board Meeting - May 6, 2021

TVA’s Board of Directors conducted its regular quarterly business meeting at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday, May 6. Although recent COVID-19 pandemic guidance will allow some of the Board members to participate in the same location, federal public health guidelines continue to require minimal personnel in a controlled environment. The meeting will be streamed live for the public on the Internet. The agenda for the meeting can be found below.

Written comments were submitted beginning Thursday, April 29, through 5 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, May 5. All comments received were presented to the Board prior to their meeting on May 6.
