The Knoxville Utilities Board serves Knox, Grainger, Union, Loudon, Jefferson, Blount, Sevier and Anderson counties in East Tennessee. Incorporated in 1939, the company today has nearly 200,000 business and residential customers and maintains more than 5,000 miles of transmission line. KUB partners with TVA to offer its customers energy efficiency programs such as EnergyRight Solutions and Residential Services.
