Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division provides electric, gas and water services to Shelby County in West Tennessee. Incorporated in 1939, the company today has about 405,000 business and residential customers and maintains more than 7,000 miles of transmission line. MLGW partners with TVA to offer its customers the green energy program Green Power Switch.
