Economic Development Grant Proposal for Oakland Parkway Site

On June 20, 2019, TVA completed an environmental assessment (EA) and issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for a proposed economic development grant through TVA InvestPrep™ to Maury County Chamber and Economic Alliance to assist with the purchase of the Oakland Parkway Site. The site is comprised of approximately 129 acres and is located southwest of the intersection of Hampshire Pike Road and Lawrenceburg Highway in Columbia, TN.
