Limestone County Water and Sewer Authority Easement

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has issued an environmental assessment (EA) and finding of no significant impact for the proposed grant of a permanent easement over approximately 4 acres of TVA land in Limestone County, Alabama for the construction and installation of a 30-inch diameter water main pipeline.  The proposed action also includes the granting of a temporary construction license over approximately 6 acres of TVA property parallel to the pipeline for trench spoil holding, laydown area and equipment movement.  TVA is the lead federal agency in the preparation of this EA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is a cooperating agency.
