Proposed Commercial Recreation Easement on Watts Bar Reservoir

TVA is currently seeking proposals from qualified candidates to develop, operate, and maintain Fooshee Pass Recreation Area under a 30-year term commercial recreation easement over approximately 69.4 acres of TVA land. Fooshee Pass Recreation Area is a campground, day-use area, and boat launching area on Watts Bar Reservoir in Meigs County, Tennessee. Current facilities include 55 campsites, two bath houses, one restroom, a dump station, a potable water station, a trailhead, a pavilion, a swim beach, launching ramp, courtesy pier, roads, and associated parking areas.

The deadline for Proposal submissions, including the initial application fee, is December 7, 2020.  Written comments regarding the proposal may be submitted to the address below.  Only complete proposals (per the website instructions) will be accepted.
