Proposed Section 26a Permit for Harbor Limit and Marina Expansion on Chickamauga Reservoir

TVA is considering a request by Jones Bay ASP, LLC for a Section 26a permit for existing permitted commercial marina facilities and the addition of new marina slips requiring expansion of existing harbor limits for Harbor Lights Yacht Club on Chickamauga Reservoir. The proposal includes reconfiguring the existing marina harbor limits to facilitate the addition of the new marina slips and modifications to the existing facilities. The location is on Tennessee River Mile 482R in Hamilton County, Tennessee. 

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and identifying any other issues associated with this request. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and be available for public inspection.
