Proposed Section 26a Permit for Harbor Limit Modification on Chickamauga Reservoir

TVA is considering a request by Harbor Lights ASP, LLC for a Section 26a permit for existing permitted commercial marina facilities, a wave attenuator, and the expansion of existing harbor limits for Harbor Lights Marina on Chickamauga Reservoir. The proposal includes the reconfiguration of the existing marina harbor limits to facilitate the addition of a new wave attenuator. The proposal will modify the harbor limits to less than one acre. The location is on Tennessee River Mile 482R in Hamilton County, Tennessee.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties, and to identify any other issues associated with this request.  Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.  All written comments on this proposed action must be received on or before September 3, 2022.  Written comments may be mailed to the address below or e-mailed to hmhamilt@tva.gov.
